CryoPort, Inc. Has Begun an Extreme Conditions Pilot Shipping Program for Leading Global Diagnostic Testing Company

Shipment Will Travel From India to Europe

LAKE FOREST, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/07/08 -- CryoPort, Inc. (OTCBB: CYRX) today announced that it has begun an extreme condition pilot shipping program for a leading global diagnostic testing company.

The shipment will travel from India to Europe and will be handled by Federal Express.

Peter Berry, CEO of CryoPort, commented, "This is a unique opportunity to show how our CryoPort Express™ Shipper will handle an extreme temperature environment. India is becoming a hot bed of clinical trial activity for CROs, biotechs and pharmaceutical companies. Demonstrating our product successfully will open up significant opportunities for us."

This pilot program will contain live samples. It will be the first time that the shipper will be subjected to tropical type heat and humidity.

Peter Berry, continued, "Shipping clinical samples to and from India poses a number different obstacles for our customers. Not only do they have to contend with potentially very high heat and humid conditions, but logistically speaking it's a very diverse environment. We believe that we can overcome these obstacles for our customers and demonstrate the ease and simplicity of using our Express Shipper."
