CryoPort Announces New CryoPort Express(TM) Staging Facility Established in India
Initial Shipments to Facility Allow for 24-Hour Response Time for India-Based Customers
LAKE FOREST, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/12/08 -- CryoPort, Inc. (OTCBB: CYRX) today announced that it has established a CryoPort Express(TM) staging facility near Delhi, India. The completion of an agreement with a local technical support entity was fundamental to establishing this capability.
Sending shippers for staging at this site will allow CryoPort to provide 24-hour response times for its customers in India. This will provide a key step as CryoPort moves towards full recycling capabilities within the region.
Peter Berry, CEO of CryoPort, commented, "With an increasing demand for shipments to, from and within India, we believe it is important to establish capabilities to provide this service for our customers. We expect shipments to the Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore areas to be the highest level of activity, and we will be well positioned to grow with our customers."
