CryoPort Adjourns Annual Meeting of Shareholders until September 10
LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CryoPort, Inc. (OTCBB: CYRX) today announced that it adjourned its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders until September 10, 2010 to allow the Company additional time to solicit proxies from shareholders in an effort to obtain the required vote to approve the third proposal contained in the Company's proxy statement, creation of a series of blank check preferred stock. The vacation period for many people during August and Labor Day holiday has resulted in an insufficient number of shareholders voting on that ballot initiative.
The meeting will be reconvened at the offices of Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P. located at 600 Anton Boulevard, Suite 1400, Costa Mesa, California, on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time.
