CryoPort Appoints Cindy Gick as Vice President of Client Care and Development; Plans New 24/7 Call Center Support

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CryoPort, Inc. (OTCBB: CYRX) today announced that it has named Cindy Gick as Vice President of Client Care and Development. Gick has more than 15 years of experience as a customer service executive and consultant. She will be responsible for the Company's new initiative to establish contact centers providing around-the-clock support and order entry service for customers worldwide.

Prior to joining CryoPort, Gick was a principal with CG Consulting Services, where she partnered with leading enterprises such as Allergan, Countrywide, Angels Baseball, FCG's Physician Referral/Nurse Triage Contact Center and Taco Bell Corporation to develop strategic direction, build strong customer relationships and high customer satisfaction focused on the "complete customer experience." Previously, she was a Director of First Consulting Group's (FCG) Call Center, CRM, and Telecom Practice, and a Director of Call Center Technology for Viking Office Products.

CryoPort has partnered with PFITECH to help build the infrastructure for its call centers, which will initially be placed in California, Hawaii and the Philippines. PFITECH is a leading provider of information technology and custom business process solutions with an emphasis on logistics and supply chain management.
