Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 24, 2023, Cryoport, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into the First Amendment to Employment Agreement (the “Amendment”) with Mr. Robert Stefanovich, which amended that certain Employment Agreement, effective as of November 1, 2019, between the Company and Mr. Stefanovich (the “Employment Agreement”). Pursuant to the Amendment, the term of the Employment Agreement was extended to November 1, 2026. All other terms of the Employment Agreement remain the same.
